The answer depends on both table size and preference.

If you prefer your linens to be half down to the floor:

• Cocktail/Belly Bar Table: 90 inch round linen or 108 inch round linen

• 48 inch round table: 90 inch round linen

• 60 inch round table: 90 inch round linen

• 72 inch round table: 108 inch round linen

• 6 ft rectangle table: 10 ft banquet rectangle linen

• 8 ft rectangle table: 10 ft banquet rectangle linen

If you prefer your linens to be down to the floor:

• Cocktail Table: 108 inch round linen with sash

• Belly Bar Table: 120 inch round linen or 132 inch round linen with sash

• 48 inch round table: 108 inch round linen

• 60 inch round table: 120 inch round linen

• 72 inch round table: 132 inch round linen

• 4 ft rectangle table: 90×108 inch linen (4’ TDP)

• 6 ft rectangle table: 90×144 inch linen (6’ TDP)

• 8 ft rectangle table: 90×144 inch linen (8’ TDP)

A deposit is not required when an order is placed. However, we do require a credit card to be given for holding purposes. If a delivery is requested, the customer must give payment prior to order going out. If authorized, the card given for holding purposes will be processed 3 days prior to service date or customer may bring payment to office no later than a week before their event. For self pick-ups, payment will be processed the morning of pickup date.

All customers must give CC info. 

If an emergency occurs during non business hours, you can call our phone number (760) 757-1606 and Press 2. Emergencies can be big or small, don't hesitate to call and ask. Examples: You are missing an item from your rental order, a chair breaks, a table breaks, a linen has a hole or stain, etc. These emergencies and or mistakes don't happen often, but if they do please call the emergency number. During regular business hours, call the office and we will help you sort out any issues. 

Yes, there is. Cancellations made earlier than 6 business days before delivery will be refunded 100%. Cancellations made after the 6 day period will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations on the day of/before service date will result in a 100% cancellation fee. Please make any changes to your order at least 7 business days before the delivery/pickup date. Linen rentals must be canceled no later than 12:00 PM, seven (7) business days prior to delivery. No refunds will be issued after this cutoff.

A 7% damage fee is for the inevitable and gradual wear and tear that comes with renting out items. As items come and go from our warehouse we understand that our products will not last forever, but with this fee we can ensure our company can maintain a proper inventory count. This fee does not cover if an item is returned severely damaged or lost/stolen. (i.e. candle wax on linen, broken glasses, bent canopy legs, etc.)

Yes, Ashley's Party Rentals is always striving to make our customers satisfied so we didn't have to think twice about offering our customers with the delivery option. Our fee ranges upon the city of delivery. Please call for appropriate fee.

Yes, customers can pickup/return any rental items from our warehouse located in Oceanside. We are open from 9 AM to 3 PM for pickups and drop-offs.

Customer is responsible to bring moving pads and straps to secure rental equipment and a proper sized vehicle for transportation. Ashley's Party Rentals, lnc. employees will assist you in the loading and unloading of the rental equipment at your request. Neither Ashley's Party Rentals, lnc. nor its employees assumes responsibility for any damages that may be caused by loading or unloading any vehicle(s) or rental equipment.

Charges will be applied additionally for extra labor and services. (i.e. setup/breakdown/distribution, difficult access areas, deliveries involving stairs or long distances)

ALL deliveries to South Pacific St., Beaches, or Parks will be charged an Additional Labor fee of $70.00 or more depending on where drop-off/pickup will be, unless delivery/pickup is curbside of location. 

​Furniture items do not need to be returned cleaned. Glassware, dishes and flatware need to be returned rinsed free of food and/or drink and repacked in their original boxes or crates. Linens should not be washed or laundered by the client. Please shake out all debris (confetti, rose petals, food, etc.) before returning linens.

Please do NOT use real wax candles on any linens as this damages them permanently. The customer will be responsible for replacing the full value of a replacement linen

Our rental items are not brand new, these items are used very frequently. They may present with scratches and scuffs.

For any cash or check payments, can be provided upon delivery, via mail prior to the event or in -person, credit/debit card information is still required for security purposes.
